As of Summer 2015, Fleur de Lis Mobile Dental has grown to serve over 60 Senior Care Facilities throughout the entire state of Louisiana. We are continuing to grow as news of our unique services for senior residents spreads throughout the state. Our philosophy of setting the standard for the most comprehensive care to the senior community is our priority.

Each unit is licensed by the State Board of Dentistry.
Fleur de Lis Mobile Dental and CSM are a members of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association.
At each visit, we are fully staffed with a dentist, dental assistant, treatment coordinator and transporter.
- We are a true fee-for-service system
- We do not collect a monthly insurance payment
- We handle the DHS income offsets and/or PT pay deductions for you
- We contact the families and obtain consents
- We return to your facility every 3 to 4 months providing continuity of care for your residents
