Our Story

Drs. Nelson and Sally Daly have been practicing dentistry since 1994. Combined their 2 offices provide a dental home to over 3,500 people from Baton Rouge and the surrounding area.

The idea for Fleur de Lis Mobile Dental came to Dr. Sally Daly after her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and was in a LTC facility for several months. During that period, they experienced firsthand the frustration many family members feel with the difficulties in caring for their loved ones. Dr. Daly realized transporting patients out of the facility, into a dental office and back was simply too stressful for most residents. She began to look for a way to provide services tailored to meet the needs of this special population.

In October 2013, Dr. Sally Daly and Dr. Nelson Daly met Mark Napper, CEO of Care Services Management (CSM). Mr. Napper designed CSM to bridge the gap between health care providers, like dentists, and long-term care facilities to make care more accessible. He had designed an innovative mobile dental office to provide a dental home to LTC residents much like they would experience in a traditional brick and mortar office. After several months of learning about each other, the Daly's were invited to join the CSM family and bring this truly innovative service to Louisiana.
